Career Guidance, and related offerings).
1.Nature of Our Services
We deliver customized, digital, and knowledge-based services. Because value is
provided through expertise and time, completed work is generally
non-returnable.
2.Cancellations
- Before Work Begins: Full refund upon request.
- After Work Has Started: Refunds may be issued
pro-rata for the uncompleted portion at our discretion.
3.Refunds for Completed Deliverables
- Once a deliverable (e.g., resume, cover letter, mock interview report.has
been provided, refunds are typically not available.
- If the deliverable materially deviates from the agreed brief or contains
substantial errors, we will correct or revise it at no extra cost
within the revision window (see Section 4).
4.Revisions & Satisfaction Window
- You may request reasonable revisions within
7 calendar days of delivery for resume/cover letter services,
unless otherwise stated in your package.
- Revisions cover clarity, formatting, tone, and alignment to the agreed role/industry.
They do not include entirely new career directions or added services outside the original scope.
5.Subscription or Session-Based Services
- Sessions (e.g., mock interviews/coaching) can be rescheduled
with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without required notice may be non-refundable.
6.Technical Issues (Downloads/Access)
- If you experience problems accessing digital files or links, contact us within
7 days. We’ll re-send files or restore access at no cost.
7.Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks for
delivered work may be contested with evidence of service fulfillment.
8.How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Email contact@codesolutionstuff.com with:
- Your name and order reference (if any)
- Service purchased and delivery date
- Reason for cancellation/refund and supporting details
We typically respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds
are processed to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
9.Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind after full delivery.
- Promotional or discounted packages may carry special terms stated at purchase.
10.Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on
this page with the updated date.
