  • If the deliverable materially deviates from the agreed brief or contains substantial errors, we will correct or revise it at no extra cost within the revision window (see Section 4).

4.Revisions & Satisfaction Window

  • You may request reasonable revisions within 7 calendar days of delivery for resume/cover letter services, unless otherwise stated in your package.
  • Revisions cover clarity, formatting, tone, and alignment to the agreed role/industry. They do not include entirely new career directions or added services outside the original scope.

5.Subscription or Session-Based Services

  • Sessions (e.g., mock interviews/coaching) can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed sessions without required notice may be non-refundable.

6.Technical Issues (Downloads/Access)

  • If you experience problems accessing digital files or links, contact us within 7 days. We’ll re-send files or restore access at no cost.

7.Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered work may be contested with evidence of service fulfillment.

8.How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
